They say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach.. but in my case it was the other way around… and it was love at first bite!

I met Andreas in 2007 while he was catering for my step-mum’s summer house party in Ibiza.

The party was out of this world, bellydancers hypnotised guests, Brazilian dancers made us sweat at the beat of the drums & fire works led the night away.

But what really caught my eye (and then my heart) was the tall blonde chef cooking over wood-burning fire, and delivering the most outstanding food I’d ever tried.  His setup and his food were overflowing with personality and my taste buds were the ones having the real party!  No need to say that I stayed close to that 65º bbq most of the night, and the rest, as they say is history. 🙂  BEST.MOVE.EVER!

Together we built Violeta Minnick Photography and The Cutting Edge Mallorca, 2 projects that were born from passion, constance, knowhow and the certainty that there’s a different, more authentic way to celebrate weddings!

Now, a bunch of years later and a beautiful daughter named Ella, we still share the same passion of each other and our business’.   And maybe now you’ll understand that I will forever and ever recommend Andreas and his team of friendly guerrilla chefs to cater at your wedding! 😉
